1 lb rice noodles, cut into 3/4-inch strips
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 lb broccoli, cut into bitesize pieces
1/2 lb chicken breast meat
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Phad See Ew

  1. Heat oil in large wok.

  2. Brown GARLIC.

  3. Break up rice noodles into oil and fry.

  4. Add soy sauce and sugar

  5. Spread out noodles and scramble EGG in center.

  6. Add chicken and broccoli

  7. Cook until broccoli is at desired tenderness.
