Knock off lettuce wraps using turkey instead of chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Pf Chang Lettuce wraps

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chili paste
5 oz water chestnuts

Recipe Directions for Pf Chang Lettuce wraps

  1. Heat skillet. Add chicken, onion, salt & pepper. Brown. Add garlic and ginger. Cook until no longer pink.

  2. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, water, peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, chili paste, and salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. Add to skillet

  3. Add water chestnuts and cook 1-2 minutes

  4. Serve in lettuce leaves.
