Recipe Ingredients for Petite Cheese cakes

8 oz cream cheese, reduced fat, at RT
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp sour cream, reduced fat
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, chocolate
20 g zwieback toast crumbs
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tbsp cinnamon, be generous

Recipe Directions for Petite Cheese cakes

  1. melt butter and stir in graham cracker and zweiback crumbs, cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar

  2. add about 1/2 tsp to the bottom of each of in 24 minimuffin forms and press down firmly

  3. mix sour cream, cream cheese, egg, 1/4 c sugar, vanilla

  4. distribute amongst the muffin forms (about a heaping teaspoon per form)

  5. bake 10 min at 350DEG F
