Not too sweet and not too hot. Very nice.

Recipe Ingredients for Pete's Chili

1 lb Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 white onion
2/3 bottle beer
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp Paprika
1 fruit+2"+dia lime
1 tbsp Molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
439 g g) kidney beans
439 g g) black beans
411 g g) diced tomatoes
439 g g) tomatoe sauce
1/2 cup water
1 serving Beef Bouillon Bouillon Cubes
1 Ancho Chipotle Sauce

Recipe Directions for Pete's Chili

  1. brown beef with pepper and salt

  2. add in dry ingrediants

  3. deglaze with beer and allow to condence

  4. add in wet ingrediants and water and allow to simmer for 1-4 hours.
