1 cup all purpose flour 1.5 cup 2% milk 2 extra large eggs 1 dash of salt 1/8 tsp of melted butter 2 tps canola oil

Recipe Ingredients for Peter's Crepes

2 extra large egg Eggs White Extra Large
1 1/2 cup Sealtest Skim Milk
1 dash Salt, Table
1 serving PC canola oil (2 tsp or 10 mL)
6 serving Robin Hood All Purpose Flour Original (1/4 cup)
1/8 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Peter's Crepes

  1. Crack eggs and place in mixing cup and let stand while you do the following:

  2. Add milk t large mixing bowl

  3. Slowly add flour to milk while mixing with hand held mixer

  4. Add sugar, butter, vanilla, sat and mix gently

  5. Fold in mixed eggs

  6. Ladle one serving into frying pan (light coated with oil)

  7. Flip when edges turn brown
