Raisins, oats, flax and honey. Chewy, satisfying, and good tasting!

Recipe Ingredients for Peter Bakun's Breakfast Bar

1 c raisins
1 c oats
1 c almonds
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/2 c flax seeds
1/2 c honey
1/4 tsp salt
0.33 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Peter Bakun's Breakfast Bar

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl to a consistent texture.

  2. Pour into shallow baking pan and press flat/smooth with a piece of wax paper.

  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes.

  5. Cut into desired shapes - rectangles work well.
