Recipe Ingredients for Pesto Veggie Salad

1/2 cup basil leaves
1/2 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp raw sunflower seeds
2 tsp olive oil
3/4 cup crimini mushrooms, chopped
3/4 cup zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup onions, chopped

Recipe Directions for Pesto Veggie Salad

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a small food processor and pulse until smooth.

  2. Toss with remaining ingredients and enjoy!
