Recipe Ingredients for Pesto Stuffed Shells

12 oz Shells Jumbo Dry
15 oz Part Skim Ricotta
1 cup Cheese
0.5 cup Signature Recipes Sauce
1 large Egg, White
2 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Pesto Stuffed Shells

  1. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, pesto and egg. Chop the spinach and stir into the cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. Meanwhile, cook shells per box directions. Add oil to water to help pasta from sticking. Drain and rinse with cool water.

  3. Preheat oven to 350. Spoon 3 tbsp pesto cheese mix into each shell. Spread 1 cup sauce on the bottom of 9 x 13 glass baking dish, as tightly as possible in single layer. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling around the edges.
