Recipe Ingredients for Pesto Spinach Salad with Shrimp

3 ounces cooked shrimp
1/4 cup tomato
1 cup raw spinach
1 tsp pesto
1 pinch black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pesto Spinach Salad with Shrimp

  1. Dice tomatoes, and cut shrimp into similar sized pieces. Place in small/medium bowl.

  2. Add pesto (concentrated paste) to bowl and mix until contents are equally covered.

  3. Add spinach and toss. Pepper to taste.

  4. Best served really cold.
