Recipe Ingredients for Pesto

54 grams Basil, Fresh
1 cup Parsley
0.75 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.333 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
0.333 cup Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Pesto

Puree everything but cheese in food processor. Then beat the puree into the grated Parmesan. Can be thinned with some pasta cooking water or a little hot tap water.
