Homemade fresh pesto sauce for pasta. Also great on eggs and burgers.

Recipe Ingredients for Pesto

3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cups fresh basil leaves, firmly packed
1/4 cup pinenuts
1/2 cup parmesean cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Pesto

  1. blend garlic, salt & oil

  2. then add basil and pinenuts til smooth

  3. put in bowl and stir in cheese
