Recipe Ingredients for Pesto

2 c basil leaves, medium packed
1/2 c olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 t salt
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 c chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Pesto

  1. Blend basil, olive oil, garlic and salt in blender on medium until smooth.

  2. Add cheese and nuts, blend until smooth again.

  3. Use immediately or freeze.
