Recipe Ingredients for Pesto Pit-zas

2 Pita Breads
1/2 cup Basil Pesto
1 cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1 cup cooked broccoli florets, chopped
10 oz frozen spinach
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 salt and pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Pesto Pit-zas

  1. Preheat to 400

  2. Toast Pita bread for 2 to 3 minutes

  3. Combine pesto, ricotta, broccoli, spinach and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Top each pita with 1/4 of the mixture, then top with mozzarella. Return pizzas to oven and bake, 12 minutes or until cheese bubbles and starts to brown.
