Recipe Ingredients for Pesto Pasta With Salmon and Gai Lan

1/2 fillet Salmon, Pink
10 cloves Garlic
4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil, Sunflower, Oleic (70% And Over)
1 cup Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
1 lb. Spinach
1 cup Basil, Fresh
1 cup Spelt Ziti Rigati, 100% Whole Grain, Organic
6 oz Gai Lan
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Pesto Pasta With Salmon and Gai Lan

  1. Salmon should be pre-cooked

  2. Take 1 cup of pasta and boil till cooked

  3. Take Gai Lan cut into bite sized peices and Saute along with sliced onion

  4. Add Salmon and Pasta and sauce

  5. Mix thorughly

  6. Serve
