230 ml water
3 tbs Olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp splenda
450 g flour
1 tbs yeast
3 tbs pesto

Recipe Directions for Pesto Fociaccia Bread

  1. add ingredients in order to bread machine accept the pesto

  2. turn bread machine on to the dough setting

  3. when cycle has finished remove the dough and spread onto a greased baking tray

  4. make dimples in the bread with your finger tips

  5. spread on the pesto and leave rise in a warm place for 20 mins

  6. bake at 360 degrees for 15 to 20 mins

  7. slice and serve
