1 roll Sandwich Rounds
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Pesto Flatbread Pizza - Tomato and Spinach

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread pesto onto flatbread. Add crushed red pepper if you like it spicy. Spread tomato (you can add a chopped pepper too for minimal calories), then spinach, then cheese over flatbread. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is browned and pizza is cooked through.
