Recipe Ingredients for Pesto Fettuccine

15.97 oz Tofu Shirataki (Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute)
1 tsp Garlic
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
6 tsp Grated Topping
1/4 cup Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/2 fruit without seeds Lemons

Recipe Directions for Pesto Fettuccine

  1. add all ingredients (minus noodles) into a blender and mix well.

  2. rinse, strain, and dry noodle

  3. heat greased skillet and add noodles. cook, stirring frequently, until all water has evaporated and noodles are hot. Toss with pesto and serve.
