This is actual a total guess of what went into the wrap at Blossoming Lotus. I probably would make the pesto-bean dip from Enchanted Broccoli Forest Cookbook.

Recipe Ingredients for Pesto-Bean Wrap

1/8 cup pesto
1/8 cup white kidney beans
1/4 cup mixed greens
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup onion
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tbsp. kalamata olive
1 whole wheat tortilla

Recipe Directions for Pesto-Bean Wrap

  1. Mash kidney beans until smooth. Stir in pesto. Spread on tortilla.

  2. Arrange greens and vegetables and roll up.
