Recipe Ingredients for Pesto Bean Bowl

1/4 cup cannellini beans
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 clove garlic
1 dash sea salt
1 pepper
1 tbsp flax oil
1 cup bok choy , shredded
1/4 cup quinoa

Recipe Directions for Pesto Bean Bowl

  1. Cook quinoa in 1/2 cup water for 15-30 minutes. Let Cool

  2. Grind nuts, basil, sea salt , pepper, and flax oil into a pesto

  3. Mix everything in a bowl and drizzle with pesto
