Recipe Ingredients for Peruvian Stew

1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Carrots
5 clove Garlic
2 cup Frozen Green Peas
4 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
3 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Peruvian Stew

Saute in oil the garlic, onions, and celery for several minutes. Add other ingredients and simmer till tender.
