Slow cooker meal. If you add chopped sweet potatoes (or normal) it's a one pot meal

Recipe Ingredients for Peruvian pork

400 g pork loin
400 g tinned tomatoes
150 g sweetcorn
100 g red onion
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp vegetable oil
250 ml orange juice

Recipe Directions for Peruvian pork

  1. Fry off the chopped onion, garlic and cubed pork in the hot oil for about 5 minutes - adding the spices a couple of minutes before the end.

  2. Place in a slow cooker along with all the other ingredients.

  3. Cook for about 6 hours on low
