0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tsp Ginger Root
0.5 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
0.25 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Peruvian fried rice
