Recipe Ingredients for Peruvian Beef Kebabs

20 oz beef
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp hot red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Peruvian Beef Kebabs

  1. Add red wine vinegar, cumin and red pepper flakes to make marinade.

  2. Slice beef into 2 inch squares.

  3. Add beef to marinade. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

  4. Thread beef onto skewers.

  5. Place on grill rack at 425 degrees.

  6. Grill 6-8 minutes, turning kebabs once.
