2 cup Spinach
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 oz Cheddar Cheese
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Personal spinach frittata

  1. preheat oven to 400 F. Coat a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray.

  2. In lg bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt & pepper, cheese and spinach - mix.

  3. Pour mixture into muffin pan; bake until tops are puffed and golden (about 30 minutes)
