you can add any toppings you want. it's really quick and yummy. also, low in cals! this was 178 calories as listed. you can use a wheat pita bread too, & make it a bit larger for yourself. cut out the pepperoni to save yourself 40 cals and some fat! recipe modified for 2 small pizzas per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Personal Sized Pizza

60 g flour tortilla, small (1)
4 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup pizza shredded cheese
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1/2 tbsp sliced black olives
1/2 tbsp white onion, diced
1/2 tbsp canned mushroom

Recipe Directions for Personal Sized Pizza

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. place tortilla in oven on baking sheet, bake for about 5 mins or until slightly crisp.

  3. remove tortilla from oven, add pizza sauce and toppings.

  4. place tortilla back in oven for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
