CHicken and vegetable soup for one

Recipe Ingredients for Personal Chicken Soup

2 c low sodium chicken broth
4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup celery
2 green onion
1/2 Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Personal Chicken Soup

  1. 2 cup low sodium chicken broth

  2. 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast

  3. 1/2 cup sliced carrots

  4. 1/4 cup celery

  5. 2 green onion

  6. 1/2 raw sweet yellow pepper

  7. 1/2 cup spinach

  8. No salt Italian seasoning, no salt sat and pepper to taste.

  9. In one pan cook to done chicken breast and dice

  10. In another pan, steam sautee crisp vegetables until slgihtly tender, add spinach.

  11. Add chicken broth and chicken.

  12. Let simmer until ready to serve or put in your thermus.
