Recipe Ingredients for Personal Baked Oatmeal

2 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp(13 g) Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 gram Stevia Sweetener
5 cup Rolled Oats
5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Baking Powder
200 grams Pure Almond Almondmilk
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tbsp Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels

Recipe Directions for Personal Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce, banana and Stevia together in a bowl.

  3. Add in oats, flax, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and mix well with wet ingredients.

  4. Finally pour in milk and combine.

  5. Spray a 12 and 6 capacity muffin tin with cooking spray or use cupcake liners.

  6. Pour mixture evenly into muffin tin cups.

  7. If using toppings add them onto the tops of muffins now. If using fresh or frozen fruit, drop it right into the batter.

  8. Bake 30 minutes until a toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool and enjoy or freeze them in gallon freezer bags.
