Recipe Ingredients for Persimmon Bread

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
12 persimmons, mashed
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Persimmon Bread

  1. Cream butter and sugar well

  2. Slowly add two eggs and the mashed persimmon

  3. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda.

  4. Combine batter well and cook at 350F for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
