First time imitation Persian stew, it would be much better with tomato sauce, not pasta sauce and some lentils.

Recipe Ingredients for Persian imitation stew

5 potatos
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1 carrot
22 tomato
5 mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic

Recipe Directions for Persian imitation stew

Boiled potatoes. Saute 1 large yellow onion, add red pepper, carrot and garlic, cover and steam for a while. Add Pasta sauce 1 cup (calorically equ. 22 tomatoes). add Salt, pepper, whatever spices that smell sweat: red pepper flakes, parsley, dill, roaster red peppers, paprika, cajun spice, etc.
