Recipe Ingredients for PERNIL 2.0

1188 grams Pork Shoulder Roast
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Organic Adobo Seasoning
1 tbsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 can or bottle (12 fl oz) Beer, Regular
1 tbsp Lemon Peel

Recipe Directions for PERNIL 2.0

  1. COMBINE BEER, HERBS, AND SPICES.

  2. POUR INTO ROASTING PAN.

  3. PLACE PORK IN PAN. ROAST AT 325 CONVECT FOR 5 HOURS, TURNING EVERY 30-45 MINUTES.
