Chicken with Nando's Peri Peri sauce (as tomato, below).

Recipe Ingredients for Peri Peri Chicken

16 ounce chicken breasts
3 cups tomato sauce
1 tsp peppercorns
1/2 tsp salt
3 chili peppers
2 potatoes

Recipe Directions for Peri Peri Chicken

  1. Oil casserole.

  2. Peel and slice potatoes.

  3. Put a little sauce in the bottom.

  4. Layer slices in bottom of dish.

  5. Pepper and salt on slices. Spritz with cooking oil.

  6. Cover with a little more sauce.

  7. Spread the breasts on top. Cover completely with sauce.

  8. Cook in a 375 oven for at least an hour. Test with thermometer.
