Delicious fall pumpkin granola (no oil)

Recipe Ingredients for Perfect Pumpkin Granola

2 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/4 cup Pumpkin
0.13 cup Applesauce Unsweetened
1/4 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 fl oz Medium Amber Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 cup Pepitas Roasted Salted
1 oz Raw Almonds
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Perfect Pumpkin Granola

Mix granola, salt and spices. Separately, combine brown sugar, vanilla, pumpkin and applesauce. Pour liquid over dry ingredients, mix and spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Stir in pepitas and almonds, bake for 20 more minutes. Remove from oven, stir in cranberries and let cool.
