Recipe Ingredients for Perfect Protein Pancakes

1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1 scoop whey protein
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 packet Splenda

Recipe Directions for Perfect Protein Pancakes

  1. Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until well combined.

  2. Scoop tablespoonfuls of batter into preheated pan.

  3. Flip pancake and remove from pan when done.
