Recipe Ingredients for Perfect Portabella's

2 (70g) mushroom
2 (6g) cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 (1g) salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Perfect Portabella's

  1. Spray a large non-stick pan with the olive oil, covering thoroughly, then heat the pan over medium heat for about 4 minutes.

  2. Place the mushroom slices cut size down in a single layer, you can brush any remaining oil onto them or lightly spray w/ olive oil.

  3. Let them cook for 5 minutes, until they start releasing moisture.

  4. Turn over and cook another 2 minutes.

  5. Add the vinegar and salt, saute for 30 seconds.

  6. Add the garlic and saute for 3 minutes.

  7. Serve over salad or in a sammich.
