Recipe Ingredients for Perfect Nutrition Turkey Meatloaf

1 lb Ground Turkey Breast
1 egg
1/4 cup oats
1/8 cup onion
2 tbs ketchup

Recipe Directions for Perfect Nutrition Turkey Meatloaf

Grind up old fashioned oats in a blender AFTER you measue 1/4 cup. Mix all ingrediants together put in a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or when juices run clear.
