1 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat flour
3/4 cup raw sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup raspberries
1/3 cup flax seeds
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

mix wet. mix dry. add seeds (or nuts) and fruit to dry. combine. drop into muffin tin, and cook at preheated 375 for 30 minutes.
