Recipe Ingredients for The "Perfect" Meal

6 oz baby spinach
454 g salmon, (1 can)
1 1/2 tsp of olive oil
1 1/2 tsp of balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for The "Perfect" Meal

  1. Lay the spinach out on a platter and drizzle 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the spinach.

  2. Let this sit for 10 minutes or so - this gives the spinach a chance to soak up the oil and vinegar.

  3. When ready, simply spread the salmon over the spinach. Serve with brown rice.
