Recipe Ingredients for Perfect Marinara

3 tbsp Olive Oil
6 clove Garlic
28 oz Plum Tomatoes
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Perfect Marinara

  1. Combine oil, garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes in a large skillet and cook over medium-low heat until garlic is golden, about 6 minutes.

  2. Crush plum tomatoes and add to skillet. Rinse the can with about 1 cup water and add to pan. Add basil leaves and salt. Cook 20 to 25 minutes. Toss with 1 pound pasta. Makes about 4 cups sauce.
