Recipe Ingredients for perfect burgers

2 eggs
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 pound ground beef
2 cups shredded mozzarella
6 roll hamburger buns
4 avocados
9 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
6 american cheese slices
2 tomatoes

Recipe Directions for perfect burgers

  1. mix the first 5 ingredients together into a large bowl

  2. puree avocado flesh with lime juice and 3 tablespoons of the mayo

  3. portion burgers into four ounce portions

  4. grill on a hot skillet

  5. put mayo on one bun half and the guacamole on the other

  6. top burger with cheese and tomato and sandwich between the bun halves
