Recipe Ingredients for peppery pasta

6 ounces elbow macaroni, whole wheat, dry
2 1/4 cup plum tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup capers, drained
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbs cider vinegar
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp salt
16 ounces
1 oz salami, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe Directions for peppery pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package

  2. Chop all other items

  3. Mix together

  4. Voila
