Recipe Ingredients for Peppers Stuffed with Spaghetti Squash

2 pounds spaghetti squash
2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 carrot
4 mushrooms
4 green peppers

Recipe Directions for Peppers Stuffed with Spaghetti Squash

  1. Cut spaghetti squash in half and microwave upside down with a small amount of water in the bottom of a bowl for 10 minutes or until squash is tender.

  2. Scoop out spaghetti strands and mix with tomato sauce, carrot, and mushrooms.

  3. Add spices such as salt and pepper, garlic or italian seasoning as desired.

  4. Cut tops off green peppers and clean out.

  5. Fill peppers with the spaghetti sauce mixture.

  6. Cook in crock pot on high for one hour or low for two hours.
