6 green peppers
460 g beef, mince, lean
1 yellow onion
400 g chopped tomatoes
170 g long grain white rice
1 tbsp ketchup

Recipe Directions for Peppers Stuffed with Mince

  1. Brown mince and onion.

  2. Tops off peppers.

  3. Add toms and pepper tops to mince and ketchup.

  4. Add rice and simmer till tender.

  5. Stuff peppers.

  6. Oven at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.
