Recipe Ingredients for peppers with rice

14 banana peppers
2 cups rice, brown, instant
1 1/2 cup pasta sauce, classico
1/2 red bell pepper
1 cup celery stalk
4 onion
1 cup carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
1 l water
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for peppers with rice

  1. chop vegetables, sote in oil, add rice and half of water and sauce

  2. place in the peppers in a deep pot

  3. add the rest of the water and boil for 45 min at low temp
