320 grams Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
360 grams Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
14 serving Whole Grain Penne Pasta
4 serving Garlic Paste

Recipe Directions for Peppers and Pasta

  1. Saute Onions and Peppers

  2. While sauteing, cook pasta according to package

  3. Add garlic and seasonings to taste

  4. Serve with Italian sausages
