I use this mixture to put on Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches. The recipe here is doubled, but you should have enough to put this mixture on 12 hamburger sized sandwiches.

Recipe Ingredients for Peppers and Onions

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 onions, thinly slices
2 green peppers, julienned
2 red peppers, julienned

Recipe Directions for Peppers and Onions

  1. Heat oil in pan.

  2. Cook onions and peppers until soft.

  3. Put on sandwiches or whatever.
