Recipe Ingredients for Peppers & Eggs

12 egg Extra Large Egg
12 oz Peppers
0.33 cup Special Request Skim Plus Milk

Recipe Directions for Peppers & Eggs

  1. beat all the eggs together in a medium sized bowl.

  2. mix in milk.

  3. spray baking dish with pam.

  4. pour eggs into a baking dish.

  5. pour in peppers and immerse in the eggs.

  6. bake at 375 at 10 minte intervals until cooked, eggs will be done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean and the surface closes a bit over the toothpick hole.
