Recipe Ingredients for Peppers & Beans Stir Fry

15 oz Black Beans
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
3/4 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1/4 large Onions
6 1/2 oz Beef Smoked Sausage

Recipe Directions for Peppers & Beans Stir Fry

  1. Cut the sausage into half moon and fry on high heat in non-stick pan (no need for oil). Season with paprika, pepper and tony's. Add onions.

  2. Once onions are slightly browned, add bell peppers and cover. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Drain beans and rinse. Add to pan and mix. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes uncovered. Season to taste.
