Recipe Ingredients for Pepperoni Pizza

2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 T olive oil
2 3/4 cups flour
1 T salt
1 cup tomato sauce
8 oz mozzerella cheese
2 oz. turkey pepperoni

Recipe Directions for Pepperoni Pizza

  1. Mix yeast with a pinch of sugar in one cup of warm water. Let stand. Put flour in processor with salt, add yeast mixture and olive oil and process until it forms a ball. Place in lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise 40 minutes. Punch down and let rise another 30 minutes.

  2. Spread dough in two pizza pans. Top with sauce, cheese and pepperoni, or toppings of choice. Bake 15 minutes at 450 or until crispy.
