Recipe Ingredients for Pepperoni and pepper pasta salad

1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
2 lbs Shells Pasta
1/4 red onion
4 oz sliced pepperoni
8 oz mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 t dried basil
1/2 t dried oregano
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Pepperoni and pepper pasta salad

Chop vegetables, pepperoni, and mozzarella to desired size. Cook pasta as directed and rinse in cold water to cool. Mix dried herbs with olive oil and pour over vegetables mixed with pasta.
