Recipe Ingredients for Pepperoni Chicken

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
16 pepperoni slices
4 mozzarella cheese slices

Recipe Directions for Pepperoni Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken into 4 even pieces. Brown chicken on both sides in well sprayed skillet. Place chicken in well sprayed 9x9 pan and arrange 4 pepperoni slices over each pieces of chicken.

  2. Cook for 30 minutes, remove from oven and put 1 slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
